Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.

Recruitment Process Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates for further interviews.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain regular communication.

Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Analyze recruitment metrics and present reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
