Job Description

1. Provide support in hiring of talent at the Jio centers with focus on, Home Business (Direct/indirect),

2. Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals,

3. Shortlist and schedule interviews,

4. Drive walk in, social media campaigns, tie up with NGOs/Skill, councils,

5. Offer processing in hiring portal, preboarding, joining's and, documentation

Skills and Competencies

1. Knowledge of job portals,

2. Knowledge of MS Excel,

3. Communication skills (Written and Verbal),

4. Speak local language,

5. Target orientation
