Marketing Manager

The responsibilities of this position are:
1. Co-create and implement effective strategies and tactical initiatives across assets with PPZ
2. Contribute to and ensure incomes from signages, kiosks and events at centres meet or exceed budgets.
3. Create and implement effective strategies and tactical initiatives for the PPZ asset.
4. Ensuring the strategies are in line to achieve the projected budgets (Footfall & Consumptions) in the PPZ asset.
3. KEY RESULT AREAS/ KEY DELIVERABLES
a. Develop and implement Annual Marketing Calendars detailing strategic and tactical
initiative.
b. Develop and implement Annual Marketing Strategy.
c. Conceptualise, negotiate and collaborate towards ensuring delivery of key events every
year at a national / very large scale that is rolled out at the asset.
d. Develop and run PR campaigns, blogs, media functions, press conferences and corporate
events at PPZ Assets
e. Implement the customers database management processes and related communication,
programmed thru the PPZ automation platform, in the asset.
f. Strategies, Enhance and implement Customer delight programmes at PPZ Asset.
g. Conduct business analysis, derive and document business requirements, plans and
specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives for PPZ asset.
h. Review, evaluate and prioritize current and proposed marketing enhancements against
business and customer needs of asset
i. Budgeting and financial control at centres , for all marketing activities
j. Monitoring the Marketing incomes to be generated for the asset.
4. KEY INTERACTIONS
Internal Purpose
Business Head For inputs and approvals on brand vision and direction for centre, f,
deals, media interactions, budget etc.
Business Development For getting updates on new projects, project development stage
etc.
Operations / centres For co-creation of plans, ensuring positive coverages of mall
activities and events
For media management and management of various agencies.
Finance For clearance of invoices
Monitoring & Collection of monies Centre, thru marketing incomes
in the centers
External Purpose
PR Agencies To review and provide inputs on PR Plans
SOH agencies To pitch for sites, activity plans etc.
To strategize budgets for the centers
Developers For approvals of SOH deals, contracts and PR plans

5. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Level of Education

MBA in Marketing / Post graduate in marketing
Experience 10-12 years of experience in marketing domain dealing with Brand,
strategic marketing, related income generation.
Knowledge Detail and experience in, - Offering marketing, partner marketing, market research and customer database / analytics - Sound fundamentals in marketing strategy, brand building and implementation skills - Brand Key / other constructs of a brand, - Customer delight and related art and science.

Presentations and pitching both verbal and written
Creative thinking and ability to stay on effective, object focused strategy at all times
Planning and organizing skills ability to plan ahead, be mindful of deadlines and manage a
variety of projects at the same time. A good eye for detail is required.
