Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Investment Banking - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/CA/CFA/FRM (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing leads, building client relationships, and managing investor networks.

- Leading deal structuring, execution, and closure.

- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.

- Staying abreast of financial regulations and market trends.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 institute, or qualifications such as CA/CFA/FRM.

- At least 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory.

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
