Job Description

Responsible for all support calls logged in the SAP for their respective clients as mentioned in support department hierarchy chart

Responsible to divide the work (pending calls) between the respective technician on the same day and taking feedback from the Technicians in the evening and updating the feedback in SAP.

Providing support to technicians whenever required and help them resolve the problems.

Coordinating with the vendor / Principle Company for the replacements/ repairs and spare.

Monitoring the storage facility at site

Timely submission of bills w.r.t. the designated site

Obtaining Successful Completion certificate from Client.

Timely Submission of AMC proposals

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and support a technical team effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail in documentation, billing, and proposal preparation.
