Tak Technologies looking for candidate for Operation Head

The job responsibilities include:

1. Overall direction and guidance to all the Project, Production and Support service activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to the department.

2. Responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness by carrying out timely support/ AMC activities as per the Supply Orders and also provide leadership for the organization's technical/functional / financial functions.

3. Meeting Negotiating and finalizing high value AMCs with potential vendors/ clients and strategy tie ups with top management/Decision makers of the organizations.

4. Approval and Presenting Technical Solutions for Major Projects/ Key Accounts and Supporting Sales Team with alternate Solutions and ensure smooth interface and handover between Support, Project and Productions

5. Leading the Production & Plant operations for as per AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and targets set including Repairs & Maintenance activities.

6. Meeting/ Negotiation and final decision for strategic tie ups with potential OEMs for in house / Outsource components/ Equipment as per requirements.

7. Monitoring and Ensuring implementation and correct documentations required in the standards i.e. NABL, Mil grade JSS 55555, IS10236 and other accreditation of Thermal and night vision devices at Noida Factory as per manufacturing requirements.

8. To liaise with Senior Govt. Officials and other agencies like CQA(I)/ NABL/ QCI/ ETDC/ NPL/ Other Accreditation and registration agencies pertaining to our product line and good relationship management with potential officials.

9. Monitoring document submission, material delivery, execution, billing and commissioning schedule for all projects.

10. Reviewing installation, performance trials, system layouts and checks of main and auxiliary machinery and preparing documents for the same for all projects.

11. Experience with ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, will be an added advantage.
