Position Title: Social Media Executive

Location: On-site, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Social Media Executive will play a key role in enhancing TAK Technologies' digital presence across various platforms The role involves creating and managing content, designing marketing collaterals, distributing content strategically, and analyzing performance metrics to support the company's sales, marketing, and HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Design:

Design engaging social media posts/creatives and marketing collaterals using Canva. Write compelling content copy, tailored to various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Use Al tools (like ChatGPT) to support content ideation, creation, and automation.

Ensure brand consistency across all content and visual materials.

2. Social Media Management:

Manage and grow TAK Technologies' social media handles to enhance online visibility.

Schedule and distribute content strategically to reach target audiences.

Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to improve engagement.

3. Performance Analysis:

Track social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) to evaluate performance.

Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Optimize content based on performance data and industry trends.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to align content with business goals.

Support the HR team in promoting employer branding, job openings, and internal culture initiatives.

Assist in designing marketing materials to support campaigns and events.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in BBA, BMS, or equivalent.
2. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
3. 0-1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships included).

Skills & Competencies:

1. Proficiency in Canva with a strong design portfolio.
2. Experience using AI tools for content creation and process automation.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and content scheduling tools.
4. Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools for performance tracking.
5. Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to trends.
