  • Job Description

Customer Onboarding:

    • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring timely and smooth adoption of our products or services.
    • Develop customized onboarding plans tailored to individual customer requirements.

    • Relationship Building:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for new customers, building trust and rapport to establish a strong relationship.
    • Provide proactive communication and updates throughout the onboarding process.

    • Training and Support:
    • Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to educate customers on features and best practices.
    • Address customer questions, concerns, or challenges promptly and effectively.

    • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and feedback in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and share onboarding metrics and reports with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the Product team to improve usability and customer satisfaction.

    • Process Optimization:
    • Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, technology, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Freshdesk, Zoho etc.) and onboarding platform is a plus.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Hands on MS Excel is must.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proactive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
