Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and client-focused Brand Managers to lead branding and marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of industries, including healthcare, real estate, education, retail, FMCG, fashion, and e-commerce. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding their brand vision and delivering tailored marketing strategies.
Strategic Brand Development - Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and client objectives.
Creative Advocacy - Present and champion creative strategies, ensuring they align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.
Market & Brand Analysis - Conduct regular brand audits, monitor industry trends, and provide insights to enhance brand positioning.
Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
Project & Budget Management - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.
Problem-Solving & Crisis Management - Address challenges that arise during campaign execution, ensuring seamless operations.
Content & Creative Development - Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
Performance & Data Analysis - Leverage analytics to refine brand strategies, optimize campaigns, and measure success.
Business Development & Upselling - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination - Manage partnerships with vendors, influencers, and third-party service providers to execute brand initiatives effectively.
Reporting & Documentation - Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing campaign performance and client deliverables to both the agency and clients.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the advertising industry with a diverse client portfolio.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and solution-oriented environment.
Expertise in market trends, competitor analysis, and brand positioning.
Exceptional client servicing and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in developing compelling, data-driven presentations.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or marketing roles within an advertising agency environment.
