Senior Product Manager/ Director Product Management

• Drive feature-area level execution in a team entering a new category of Marketing Technology for Marketing Cloud.
• Support evangelism of this endeavor to senior and executive leadership teams.
• Deliver requirements, experiments, Proof-of-concept, and ultimately a released capability within the year - and then help scale investment in this area.
• Develop partnerships with related Salesforce clouds to maximize the impact of this program.
• Support development and revision of the Marketing Cloud roadmap overall.
• Elevate the organization s understanding of Marketer s needs and competitive pressures.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
• Deep experience with marketing technologies or workflow management
• Consistent track record of leading all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience addressing executive leadership
• Demonstrated excellence at working independently and effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated success in distributed, global team
