Tableau Developer - ETL/SQL (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Tableau Development & Reporting :

- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

- Create efficient and interactive data visualizations and business intelligence solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.

2. PowerBI (Optional) : Work with PowerBI to support or create additional reports and dashboards where applicable.

3. Data Pipeline Design :

- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines using cloud technologies to produce business-critical data reliably and efficiently.

- Ensure data integration and ETL processes run smoothly and provide accurate business insights.

4. Supply Chain & Manufacturing Expertise :

- Leverage domain knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing to build relevant data visualizations and reports that address business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific business requirements related to operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.

5. Database & SQL Knowledge :

- Use SQL (or similar technologies) to query relational databases for business-critical data and integrate them into Tableau or PowerBI reports.

6. Agile Project Management :

- Work within an Agile delivery model to ensure timely and iterative project deliveries.

- Participate in scrum meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to refine and improve requirements.

7. Customer Engagement & Documentation :

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into tech documents.

- Guide customers through technical solutions and ensure that the business goals are met efficiently.

Required Skills :

Tableau Expertise : At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau development, including report creation, dashboarding, and data analysis.

Power BI Knowledge (Desirable) : Experience in Power BI for business reporting and dashboard creation (good to have, not mandatory).

Domain Knowledge : Strong analytical and functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

SQL Knowledge : Ability to query and manipulate relational databases using SQL to fetch and integrate data into Tableau/PowerBI.

Techno-functional Experience : Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical documentation and data solutions.

Cloud Technologies & Data Pipelines : Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based data pipelines for efficient data processing and reporting.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.

- Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical business users.

Agile Methodology : Experience working in an Agile environment and managing iterative delivery cycles.

Preferred Skills :

- Agile Certifications : Any certifications related to Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master) are a plus.

- Cloud Certifications : Any relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be advantageous
