Responsibilities:
1. Factory Visits:
Visit small and medium-sized factories to sell industrial lubricants.
Engage with the Procurement Department and Technicians, providing trials and detailed information about products.
Meet sales targets for the assigned area by collecting orders.
Utilize field experience and market knowledge to enhance sales performance.
Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Lube industry or Industrial Products.
Strong field experience in the respective region.
Good market knowledge and intelligence of the area being handled.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
