Article Assistant

As an Article Trainee in the Internal Audit team, you will be exposed to various aspects of auditing and will assist in performing internal audits, compliance checks, and control assessments. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Internal Audit Execution:
   
• Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments across various departments and functions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Review and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct tests of controls and assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Documentation & Reporting:
   
• Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Prepare draft reports outlining audit results and suggestions for corrective actions.
• Participate in meetings with internal audit supervisors and management to discuss findings and recommendations.
3. Risk & Control Assessment:
   
• Identify and assess risks in business processes and systems.
• Assist in evaluating the adequacy of controls in mitigating risks and safeguarding assets.
• Support the team in performing risk-based audits, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights related to audit processes.
• Support audit teams in discussing audit results and providing advice on corrective actions.
• Assist in reviewing responses from business units to audit findings and recommendations.
