Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.

Monitor financial performance and report variances to management.

Accounts Management:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Compliance and Audit:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Assist in internal and external audits.

Maintain and update financial policies and procedures.

Taxation:

Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in tax planning and management.

Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Financial Operations:

Oversee daily financial operations and cash flow management.

Manage banking relationships and transactions.

Support in the management of financial software and systems.

Financial Advisory:

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Support strategic decision-making processes with financial data and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

2-5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in an eCommerce or B2B environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
