Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to ensure high performance and meet sales goals.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster continuous improvement within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and institutional partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in different geographical areas and market segments.
- Implement strategic initiatives to grow the customer base and penetrate untapped markets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, reporting key metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably with experience in DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions
