Sr. PowerApps Developer

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex PowerApps applications (both canvas and model-driven), ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Architect and implement integrations with external data sources such as Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
• Develop workflows and complex business process automations using Power Automate, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for application development.
• Define and enforce PowerApps best practices, ensuring scalability, performance, reusability, and security across all applications.
• Build and manage custom connectors, component libraries, and reusable solutions in PowerApps.
• Address and resolve challenging technical issues while providing ongoing support and optimization for current PowerApps and workflows.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including solution architecture, technical specs, and user guides.
• Stay current with the latest advancements and capabilities in the Microsoft Power Platform, applying them to enhance existing processes and applications.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in designing and developing PowerApps (both canvas and model-driven apps) and Power Platform solutions.
• Proven experience in architecting, developing, and integrating PowerApps with external systems like Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, or Azure services.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Automate, with experience creating complex workflows and business process automations.
• Solid understanding of PowerApps governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and Power Platform administration.
• Experience with custom connectors and API integration to enhance PowerApps functionality.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security roles, permissions, and performance optimization in PowerApps.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS, enhancing PowerApps UI or functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with experience in troubleshooting and debugging PowerApps applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualizations.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 integration with PowerApps.
• Knowledge of DevOps and version control (e.g., Git) for Power Platform deployments.
