- Lead and manage support teams across various technologies, including Dot Net, Open Source platforms, AS400, and ERP systems.
- Plan, track, and deliver support tasks and projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support for escalations, including critical L1 issues.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Ensure 24x7 service delivery with flexibility for on-call support during critical incidents.
- Drive adherence to ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
- Handle risk management by proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage and communicate changes effectively to minimize disruptions during updates or migrations.
- Lead system modernization initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Provide accurate estimations for support activities, ensuring realistic planning and execution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
