Role : VBA Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users regarding VBA-related issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve VBA code errors, runtime errors, and performance issues.

- Assist users in understanding and utilizing VBA functions, macros, and modules.

- Develop, customize, and maintain VBA code to automate tasks and streamline workflows.

- Create user-friendly and efficient VBA solutions to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate VBA solutions with other systems and applications.

- Document VBA code, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and future reference.

- Create clear and concise user manuals and guides for VBA solutions.

- Analyze and troubleshoot complex VBA issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

- Leverage debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve errors.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest VBA technologies and best practices.

- Identify opportunities to improve VBA solutions and automation processes.

- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in VBA development and support.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Access.

- Proficiency in VBA programming, including macros, functions, modules, and user forms.

- Experience in troubleshooting VBA code and resolving errors.

- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of1 a team
