LogicMonitor Administrator - IT Infrastructure (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain LogicMonitor monitoring configurations for various IT components, including servers, networks, applications, and databases.

- Configure alerts, notifications, and dashboards to proactively identify and respond to potential issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to LogicMonitor and monitored systems.

- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including upgrades, patches, and system health checks.

- Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, predict potential problems, and improve system performance.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to LogicMonitor configurations and best practices.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and incident response.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with LogicMonitor tool implementation and administration.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application monitoring principles and best practices.

- Experience with other monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios, SolarWinds) is a plus.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
