Utilize experience in GEM, E-procurement, and various private and government websites.
Search for and download new tenders.
Review and prepare tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Demonstrate working knowledge of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) including DD (Demand Draft), BG (Bank Guarantee),and NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer).
Ensure timely submission of high-quality bids, adhering to tender deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and support bid preparation, as well as to respond to queries.
Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders, contracts, and competitor analysis.
Monitor the status of bid tenders daily.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, agreeing on terms and conditions.
Prepare reports for the head office and maintain Minutes Of Meeting (MOM) for all meetings.
