Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tender Management: Oversee the tendering process for civil and electrical projects, including identifying opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and understanding client requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including civil and electrical engineering departments, to gather information and ensure timely completion of tender submissions.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and develop competitive bids and pricing strategies.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare bid documents, including proposals, presentations, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with tender requirements and client needs.
• Submission: Manage the tender submission process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids through appropriate channels.
• Negotiation: Assist in negotiations with clients or stakeholders to finalize contract terms and conditions.
• Compliance: Ensure all tender submissions comply with relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.
• Post-Tender Activities: Handle post-tender activities, including clarifications, negotiations, and debriefings, to secure contracts and maintain client relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree from any recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tender management or related roles.
• Understanding of civil and electrical engineering principles is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
