Adobe Target A/B Testing

Position Overview
Seeking a highly experienced, A/B Testing and Personalization, Sr Manager to manage optimization and personalization efforts by a third party vendor. The ideal candidate will have experience in Adobe Target Analytics and hands-on knowledge in crafting test plans and robust A/B testing and personalization strategy. The role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker that can help drive optimization work and deliver value to the overall business growth KPIs. Ability to connect customer experiences end to end with the ability to work cross functionally across multiple teams and objectives is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Adobe Target
Oversee vendor activity set up in Adobe Target and execution of A/B and multivariate testing to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with internal data sources to ensure robust data parameters and analytics are accurate for testing needs.
Work with website development teams to ensure it can support testing needs (including website tagging, Adobe Launch etc.)
Perform QA activities to ensure Adobe setup is aligned with stakeholder requirements
Monitor launched activities on digital to ensure testing experience is working accurately.
Project Management
Manage end to end testing lifecycle - informing strategy, supporting setup, execution, analysis, reporting and implementation.
Lead weekly project calls to establish testing requirements with stakeholders and provide timelines for timely activity execution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on various testing activities and needs.
Data management of all testing activity requests, supporting documentation, final reporting and Adobe Target workspaces.
Strategic Leadership and Innovation
Lead the development of website testing strategy roadmaps to ensure alignment with business growth and objectives and redesigns.
Foster a collaborative taskforce working across UX, Digital Marketing and developers for testing execution.

Data Analysis
Ability to review and analyze testing results and support vendor recommendations in alignment with business growth and objectives.
Keep abreast of internal KPI changes that can impact testing KPI outcomes for reporting.
Synthesize data and communicate contribution to the business overall KPI.
Continuous Improvement and Growth Optimization
Promote a culture of testing and experimentation within the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve technology or utilize emerging technologies for testing and optimization.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of A/B testing, personalization, or digital optimization
Hands on experience with Adobe Target and Analytics
High attention to detail for all testing requirements and KPIs
Understanding the development of experiments, including, multivariate and use of Adobe AI technologies in testing
Knowledge of audience segmentation and customer journey optimization
Strong problem solving and communication skills (oral and written)
