Job Description

Job Description: Should have a fair understanding of SCB project management operating model ( change delivery standards).
oWhat are the prerequisites required from to set up a project.
oDrive ongoing programme / project governance across domain.
oGuide PM/PO s for best practices laid out by central team.
oMIS reporting and highlight management on any inconsistencies or Noncompliance.

Should have working knowledge on ADO tool and be able to drive ADO governance within the domain for best practices.
oGuide PM/PO s on maintain and execute work via ADO.
oMaintain ADO hygiene by identifying inconsistencies in ADO boards.
oAct as a single point of contact for all ADO related queries.

Should be abreast with key developments and changes within SCB s change delivery standards and further develop plans and drive implementation within domain. The desired candidate should have a combination of project management + change management skillsets.
Experience : at least 8 + years relevant experience in banking / BFSI domain
