Jira Service Management Expert (JSM)

Role & responsibilities

At Sysintegra we are looking for a Jira Service Mangegement expert (JSM), responsible for overall design, mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify Jira platform solution options,migration, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.

• Customer Request Management: Receiving, tracking, resolving, and managing customer requests efficiently.
• Incident Management: Responding to incidents quickly, tracking status, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Configuration and Customization: Managing service project settings, configuring workflows, setting up request types, customizing fields, and managing automation rules.
• User and Role Management: Managing users and roles within service projects to ensure appropriate access levels.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamlining workflows to optimize service delivery and improve overall efficiency.
• Integration and Deployment: Devising, testing, and deploying integrations between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains.
• Training and Support: Providing training to employees and new hires on JIRA and briefing teams on new functionalities.
• Issue Resolution: Providing prompt issue resolution, coordinating with other admins, partner teams, and Atlassian premier support.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Producing reports and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Jira System/Architecture Expertise: Serving as the primary advocate and subject matter expert for Atlassian Jira System/Architecture.
• Migration Strategy: Consulting on a full-scale JIRA migration strategy and / implementation experience is a major plus.
• JSM certifications are a major plus
