JIRA/JSM Consultant

Experience: Apply only if you have a Minimum 10+ years relevant experience and who can join by February 10th 2025.

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

Project administration for both Jira Software and Jira Service Management instances including project creation, customizations, and automations.

Integrate of Jira Software projects and Jira Service Management projects.

Integrate Jira instances with other systems such as 1Source GitHub, Manufacturing GitHub, ServiceNow, internal systems, etc

Work with Jira migration teams and post-migration DE teams to solve migration issues.

Provide training sessions for system admins and end-users on how to effectively use and manage the Jira instances.

Create documentation, including user guides and system administration manuals to support ongoing usage and maintenance of the Jira instances.

Develop testing and coordinate with TD on designs and architectural changes.

Connect with stakeholders to define the path forward as well as provide status reports.
