Team Lead (ETP)

Job Description:

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the efficient operation of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing a team of operators, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Supervise ETP/STP/ZLD operators.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure operational and safety standards are met.
• Provide necessary training to team members.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage daily operations of ETP, STP, and ZLD systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, including clarifiers, aeration tanks, anaerobic systems, filtration units, chemical dosing systems, sludge handling units, and evaporators.

Performance Monitoring:

• Analyze operational data and make improvements to enhance plant efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in treatment systems and equipment.
• Oversee water quality testing to ensure treated water meets required standards.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

• Implement and supervise preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams or external vendors for repairs, spare parts, and upgrades.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining accurate logs and submitting reports as required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on plant performance, water quality, and maintenance activities.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of operations, maintenance, water quality tests, and annual reports.
