ETP Manager For Matoda Plant

The ETP Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of the Effluent Treatment Plant. The role demands a strong technical understanding of processes such as Reverse Osmosis (RO), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE), and Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD). The manager will also handle data reporting, inventory management, laboratory operations, and liaison with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operations & Maintenance:

• Oversee daily operations of the ETP, including RO, MBR, MEE, and ATFD systems.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure uninterrupted performance.
• Develop and implement SOPs for efficient plant operation.

2.Monitoring & Reporting (MIS):

• Maintain records of water quality, treated effluent, and environmental parameters.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and regulatory authorities.

3.Indenting & Inventory Management:

• Plan and manage inventory for consumables, chemicals, and spare parts.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid operational delays.

4.Laboratory Management:

• Supervise laboratory activities to monitor influent and effluent parameters.
• Ensure the calibration and maintenance of lab instruments for accurate testing.

5.Compliance & Liaison:

• Coordinate with local and state pollution control boards for compliance and audits.
• Handle documentation and submission of statutory reports.

6.Team Management:

• Lead and train the ETP team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development sessions.
