Job Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Location: Bangalore

Department: Immunogenicity Research Laboratory

Job Purpose : The position holder is responsible for overall management of general operations of the laboratory. Responsible for managing LIMS , ELN procurement, inventory system and lead internal operational excellence projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Management of procurement, inventory and store management. Work as LIMS and ELN manager and support CSV projects if needed
Work with cross functional team to manage general operations related activities
Management of logistics, license requirement, declaration and technical write up preparation.
Lead SQDECC and operational excellence projects. Responsible in updating instrument and material reagent inventory status in ELN
Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company

Educational Qualification:
Masters in Life science /MBA

Technical/functional Skills:

Should have experience in working in inventory management, logistics/ general operations management.

Knowledge on lean sigma principle is an added advantage

Knowledge on LIMS, ELN is an added advantage

Experience:

0-3 years of experience

Behavioral Skills:

Should be independent.
Excellent communication skills - written and oral in English
Should have good interpersonal skills
Large degree of flexibility and ability to work under strong time pressure
