Position: HR Executive

Total Exp: 1to 2 years

Edu: BBA / MBA in HR

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: 20K to 30K

Requirement:

• Attendance Management Leave Management.
• Welcoming the New Joinee to the team performing all the formalities.
• Opening bank accounts of New Joinees.
• Designing, planning, and executing various employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs, recognition events, and employee appreciation activities.
• Interacting with team members to know the organizational culture areas for improvement.
• Develop communication strategies to promote employee engagement initiatives and events effectively.
• Utilize various communication channels, such as email, newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms, to increase awareness and participation among employees.
• Plan, organize, and execute various employee engagement events, such as holiday parties, team outings, volunteer activities, and milestone celebrations.
• Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful and memorable events.
• Other HR related functions as when as per the company requirement.

Qualifications:

• Should have work experience of 1-3 Years.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
• Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee engagement, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, with a passion for developing engaging and impactful employee programs and initiatives.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
