Job Description

Synergycom is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

We are into Software Development in Mobile Apps, Microsoft, AI, IT Staff Augmentation, customize solutions on ERP, and work with large Pharma, Education, Govt, Defence, Domains across Pan India for various requirements.

Driving Lead generation and conversion of B2C Clients for our SYNERGYCOM Software Sales & Services, to achieve the target objectives.


KRA's you will own

  • Driving Lead conversion by creating and giving the sales pitch to the clients
  • Ensuring target achievements of sales and lead to conversion ratio
  • Negotiating payment terms and credit cycles
  • Risk management and ensuring no defaults

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for onboarding new logos and manage & maintain a healthy NN (Net New) sales pipeline for accounts. Primary client-facing field representative; to own, drive the continuity and profitability.


  • Minimum 10+ years' experience, with at least 5 years' experience in Sales in the IT-Software sector with at least 3 clients from different verticals.
  • Well, networked with customer organizations
  • Experience of handling larger outsourcing engagements within the IT-Software industry

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation and onboarding new logos


  • Collaborate with Vertical Leaders, Client Delivery Leads to identify services/ offerings / value proposition to take to the customer based on client requirement
  • Learn, know and bring the best of Synergycom to customer (offerings, use cases, etc.)
  • Define overall pursuit strategy incorporating feedback from past customer experience; develop client proposal upto closures
  • Generate leads through contacts, research and front end and pursue leads identified by marketing teams and leaders, inside BDEs
  • Drive leads to closure as a passion
  • Be Workohalic, honest and loyal to clients and at an organization level.
  • Own actual negotiation; also coordinate inputs / participation from different stakeholders
  • Develop negotiation strategy & negotiate contract / agreement; oversee proposal manager in drafting SoW for contract; participate in win/loss review
  • Collate & communicate learnings from pitches, proposals, customer feedback to mgmt
  • Oversee account handover to Vertical AM
  • Identify customer needs and facilitate account setup to commence delivery operations along with the Client Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager
  • Create robust transition plan for account handover to Vertical AM
  • Coordinate and act as conduit for overall delivery and operational excellence for the account including financial planning & tracking
  • Coordinate with Delivery team to ensure high quality delivery conduct collaborative discussions with teams for implementation, delivery and contractual obligations
  • Own cost metrics for an account - with inputs from Client Delivery Managers of individual projects

Key Interfaces

  • Collaborate with internal cross functioning teams for winning proposals
  • Collaborate with Practitioner Sales to identify services/ offerings/value proposition to take to the customer based on client requirement
  • Work with Sales Ops team to create a repository of leads by increasing the funnel quarter on quarter, identify and mitigate the reason for dropouts etc
  • Orchestrate account performance reviews, status update, timeline adherence, SLA adherence etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be able to achieve targets
  • Should be presentable.
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam.
  • Willing to travel to any another area as and when required.
  • Territory knowledge.
  • Possess team leader skills, Soft Skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Set an example in closing leads.
  • Self-starter, poised and adaptable
  • Candidates having excellent communications apply
