Job Description: Admission Manager Cum Relationship Manager/ Sr. Counsellor/ Counsellor

Location: Navi Mumbai (Nerul & Panvel) & Central Mumbai (Mulund, Thane, Kalwa & Dombivli)

General Purpose

Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.

Objective: The Role will support in growing the company." His/ Her role would include lead generation and admissions for new academic session. The objective is focused purely on sales/ generating revenue through admissions for particular branch assigned.

Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate, candidate with science background or MBA with major in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of previous sales experience in institutional sales preferably in the domain of education. Freshers with BBA, MBA (Marketing specialization) can also apply those who want to make a carrer in education industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Admission target for the respected branch. Manage direct parent enquiry handling and also manage telephonic enquiry handling.
2. Cold-calling from a given data base for lead generation and generating leads from internal students/ sibling’s database.
3. Visiting schools or student premises by taking prior appointment and present Synergy Academy service details to parents.
4. Presentation about the services offered by Synergy Academy.
5. Proper follow up & admission closure with the parents visited.
6. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
7. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
8. Generate timely sales reports & daily other reports as directed.
9. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
10. Develop promotional ideas and material, visit schools & other coaching classes for tie-up/collaboration to fetch new admissions.
11. Help in marketing activities to generate leads/ prospects for admissions.
12. Help to maintain discipline & decorum in the respected branch.
13. Counsel students and help them in solving their day-to-day queries.

Salary: Best in industry, depending on experience & last drawn.

Selection procedure: 3 rounds, first round will be an HR screening round, if you qualify will proceed for the second round with Sales Head , if you qualify will proceed for final round of interview with the Executive Director.
