Job Description
- Lead and oversee AI/ML projects with a focus on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Mentor and guide junior AI/ML/Data Science team members, fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide subject matter expertise in AI/ML/Data Science.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI/ML/Data Science to ensure competitive advantage.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the AI/ML/Data Science domain.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and R.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Machine Learning & Deep Learning:
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Experience with deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs).
Computer Vision:
- Knowledge in image processing techniques and tools.
- Experience with object detection and image segmentation methods.
Natural Language Processing:
- Proficiency in NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis, text classification, and language modeling.
Statistical & Mathematical Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of statistical models and fundamental mathematical concepts including linear algebra and probability.
Data Management:
- Experience working with large datasets and developing efficient code for data processing.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science, with at least [insert number] years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML/Data Science projects.
- Experience in mentoring and leading a team of AI/ML/Data Science professionals.

- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about AI/ML/Data Science and committed to continuous learning and development.
