• Pega Expertise: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pega 8.x.
• Certification: CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certified, demonstrating validated knowledge and skills in the Pega platform.
• Software Development: At least 7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Pega applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Pega development techniques, including Case Management, Integration, and User Interface development.
• Knowledge of Pega s out-of-the-box functionalities include built-in tools for case management, user interface components, decision rules, data integration, reporting, workflow automation, security, collaboration, and task routing and best practices like component reuse, model-driven development, performance optimization, automated testing, version control, documentation, user-centric design, and effective change management, all designed to streamline application development and maintenance.
