Job Title: Legal Intern - Corporate Office (IT Sector)

Location: Marol, Mumbai.

Duration: 6 Months 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the legal team in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements, and other legal documents.
• Support in legal research and analysis on legal matters.
• Help in preparing and organizing legal documentation for business transactions.
• Assist with compliance monitoring and legal due diligence.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department.

Qualifications:

• Current law student.
• Interest in corporate law.
• Good research, writing, and communication skills.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
