Manager - Credit Model Development

We are hiring for the role of Manager - Credit Model Development

This role is primarily focused on Credit Model Development, which involves designing, developing, and monitoring models that predict credit risk, such as determining the likelihood that a borrower will repay a loan. This is a highly technical role that requires expertise in various areas of data science, statistics, programming, and communication.

• Experience in Model documentation, Model monitoring/Validation. Should be able to perform deep dives to find root causes for performance deteriorations.
• Support Model Risk Management team in completing their responsibilities including but not limited to Model validation reviews, annual reviews, periodical assessment
• Experience in automation of reports using tools like sas,python, tableau etc
• Strong written/oral communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experince in SAS/ SQL, Python/Pyspark and reporting tools like Tableau
• Basic understanding of Statistical and other Machine Learning techniques
• Working knowledge credit bureau data e.g. Transunion, Experian, Equifax.
