Who are we looking for What is the work

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Drupal 10 and Acquia Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance websites and applications. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Drupal Development, Design, develop, and maintain Drupal 10 websites and applications, Implement custom modules, themes, and integrations
Acquia Cloud Expertise, Deploy and manage websites on the Acquia Cloud platform, Configure and utilize Acquia tools like Cloud IDE, Acquia Pipelines, and Acquia Site Factory et.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Actively manage estimation processes and maintain clear communication with clients.
Establish best practices for coding, version control, and DevOps processes. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What skills and experience are we looking for

Drupal development, including custom module and theme development (Design, develop, and maintain Drupal 10 websites and applications. Implement custom modules, themes, and integrations. Optimize Drupal configurations for performance and scalability.)
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Proficient with Drupal 10s new features and architecture.
Hands-on experience with Acquia Cloud, including environment setup and deployment. Deploy and manage websites on the Acquia Cloud platform.
Configure and utilize Acquia tools like Cloud IDE, Acquia Pipelines, and Acquia Site Factory. Troubleshoot hosting, caching, and performance issues.
Familiarity with tools like Acquia Cloud API and Acquia Lift (or equivalent personalization tools).
Experience with SVN and Git workflows.
Acquia certifications such as Acquia Certified Developer or Acquia Certified Drupal Site Builder.
Experience with multisite setups and content migration strategies.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
