Looking AGM/DGM Biotech Production at Symbiotec Pharmalab Private Ltd.

Designation : AGM/DGM

1. Preparing, reviewing and approving the instruction for the production o Intermediates and APIs according to written procedure.

2. Production of APIs and intermediates according to pre approved instruction.

3. Reviewing all production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed.

4. Ensure that the production deviations are reported and evaluated, Critical deviation are investigated and conclusions to be recorded.

5. Ensure that the production facilities are clean and ensure schedule of cleaning.

6. Ensure that the premises and equipment are maintained and records kept.

7. Ensure that the necessary calibrations are performed and records kept.

8. Ensure that validation protocols and reports are reviewed and approved.

9. Evaluating proposed changes in product, process and equipments.

10. To ensure the implementation of changes as per the assessment and action identified.

11. To ensure reporting of all production related deviation.

12. To perform investigation of deviation.

13. To review the risk assessment.

14. To assist in department level SOP preparation.

15. Ensure that new, modified facilities and equipment are qualified.

16. To ensure congenial and safe work environment.

17. Identify training need for the department personnel and provide the same as per schedule.

18. Responsible for synchronization of production and sales plan thereby to meet the annual sales target for API and intermediate manufacturing.

19. Responsible for optimum utilization of available resources for plant operation to accomplish on time deliveries with quality and compliance.

20. Responsible for process improvement strategies to reduce production cost, statutory compliance as per PCB & CPCB norms.

21. To set and achieve department objectives.

22. To perform other responsibilities as assigned by VP - Operation.

In absence of DGM - Biotech, all these activities shall be monitored by Manger/Designee - Biotech.
