Director - School of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance

The candidate must hold a Ph.D. in a relevant domain with 1015 years of teaching and leadership experience at UG/PG levels and at least 5 years in academic administration at the level of HoD or Principal, as per UGC norms. They should have a strong research background with publications in reputed journals, experience in formulating research policies, and expertise in implementing academic audit policies and accreditation processes. A minimum of 2–3 years of industry experience is essential to bridge academia and industry, ensuring the integration of practical insights into academic programs. The role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to foster research and innovation, build industry partnerships, and drive excellence in teaching and institutional growth while maintaining compliance with UGC and accreditation standards.
