Dean Engineering

A Professor with a Ph.D. and at least 15 years of teaching experience, including 8+ years in academic administration & research experience at the Dean or Principal level. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate leadership by driving excellence both for academics and skill development, fostering faculty and student engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. He/ she will have a strong research background with high-impact publications, patents, and a proven ability in building industry collaborations, facilitating joint research, internships, and consultancy projects, while also promoting innovation and interdisciplinary initiatives. Additionally, the candidate should contribute to institutional development by enhancing national and international visibility, achieving accreditations, and leveraging alumni networks, with a focus on student-centric learning and academic excellence in the domain of Engineering.
