Operational Excellence:

- Monitor the performance of the distribution network, including logistics efficiency, delivery timelines, and inventory management.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce supply chain - disruptions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution, such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.

- Provide regular reports on distribution performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Budget & Cost Management:

- Manage the national distribution budget, ensuring cost control while maintaining service levels.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
