Job Title: SAP Consultant (FICO, ABAP, PS)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling), ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), and PS (Project Systems) to join our team. As an integral part of our SAP implementation and support projects, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and enhance SAP solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of SAP functionalities with business requirements and driving the optimization of existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP FICO:
• Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules, ensuring the smooth functioning of financial accounting, controlling, and related processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform configuration and customization of SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, and more.
• Lead the testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP FICO functionalities.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules.

• SAP ABAP:
• Develop and support custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
• Work with functional consultants to deliver tailored solutions and ensure that the technical design matches functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ABAP code for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide timely fixes for identified issues.

• SAP PS (Project Systems):
• Support the configuration and optimization of SAP PS module to manage the planning, monitoring, and controlling of projects across their lifecycle.
• Implement and configure functionalities related to project structure, budgeting, cost tracking, billing, and financial accounting in PS.
• Collaborate with project management teams to enhance project planning and execution within SAP.
• Ensure the seamless integration of SAP PS with SAP FICO and other SAP modules.

• Additional Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day SAP support and troubleshooting.
• Assist in SAP testing, data migration, and go-live preparation.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users as needed.
• Participate in SAP upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure continuous improvements in SAP processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO, ABAP, and PS modules with hands-on configuration and support experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO functionalities such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costing, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
• Solid experience in SAP ABAP development including custom reports, user exits, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Proven expertise in SAP PS configuration for project planning, tracking, and controlling.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP FICO, ABAP, PS, and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Experience in SAP support and maintenance, including issue resolution and patch management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in FICO, ABAP, and/or PS is a plus.
• Experience with S/4HANA migration or implementation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
