Job Type: Contract for 1 year

Job Summary:

As an SAP REFX Consultant, you will play a critical role in the implementation and configuration of SAP Real Estate Management (REFX) solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions, ensuring the successful execution of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate management.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP REFX solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on SAP REFX functionalities and best practices.

- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy and functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP REFX applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Develop documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

- Stay updated on SAP REFX trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SAP REFX Consultant, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of real estate business processes and SAP REFX functionalities.

- Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and project management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP certification in REFX or related modules.

- Experience with integration of SAP REFX with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM).

- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques within the SAP landscape.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements in the real estate sector.
