Job Description
Machine Shop engineer","description" : "
- Should have good knowledge of conventional machining process and CNC machining process
- Ensure that production schedules are followed and that products are manufactured on time and according to specifications.
- Maximize productivity by optimizing the use of operators, equipment, and materials. Ensuring that all necessary materials are available for production and that the team is properly manned.
- Coordinate with PPC/ supply chain to ensure raw materials and supplies are available. Work closely with the quality team to detect and correct any deviations or defects in the process.
- Ensure that workers adhere to quality procedures ISO 9001 standards throughout the production process
- Assign tasks, monitor performance of operators and ensure they are meeting productivity targets.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Ensure accurate record-keeping of production data, daily/monthly/weekly production reports,
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly.
- Adhere to IMS procedure in production process and maintain records for audit and review.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Note: -willing to work in shift based on company requirements
- Working experience: 6-7 years
- B Tech /Diploma-Mechanical
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing/QMS
