Job Description


We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Operator Cum Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components. Responsibilities include programming CNC machines, setting up and operating equipment, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of machined parts. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program CNC turning machines using G-code and other programming languages.
  • Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and precision standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC turning equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Turning Operator and Programmer.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming languages and machining operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
