Areas Sales Manager- eLCV Sales

Responsibility:

They will be tasked with achieving sales targets, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and customers.

The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the overall success of the sales team.

Sales Strategy

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize key market segments and customer groups.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive.

Client Relationship Management

• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure an exceptional buying experience.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout all sales interactions.

Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for eLCV within the assigned territory.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions to address gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies tailored to regional market needs.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation

Profile:

• Minimum 5 to 13 years experience in managing any field Sales, preferably EV vehicles.
• Good Interpersonal skills, self-driven and strong communication in English, and Hindi is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in automotive or dealership sales, with a track record of successful sales management.
