Sr Analyst Partner Management

Primary responsibilities are centered on partner data governance.

Advise and support various stakeholders from business community on partner data requisites and maintenance.

Responsible for managing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for partners.

Perform checks and execute risk control standards for Partner Management.

Manage International Trade Control (ITC) risk control mechanism in close collaboration with Compliance Governance functions.

Recommend, manage, and execute data improvement actions in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Leading improvement projects implementing lean principles / methodologies.

Enhancing services and abilities for handling partner data along with spearheading different data cleansing projects.

Establish and maintain Partner and Contact data KPI framework.

Find ways to improve, standardize, and simplify the process reports.

About You. The successful candidate should have or be able to build strong relevant content knowledge and a proficient understanding in managing, maintaining, and promoting data management adherence to Compliance guidelines for strong governance. A strong team player and have a good sense for priorities and experience in assessing and addressing business needs.

Job Requirements. Graduate / Post-graduate in Business Management or similar.

3-4 years' experience as a Research Analyst; especially in Business research, KYC Analysis.

Must have over a year of experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word MS Teams.

Good understanding of Governance and Risk Control framework for CRM tools.

Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver results in time.

Must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Working experience with various countries and cultures would be a plus.

Insurance Certification/ experience would be a plus.

Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Visualization tools would be a plus.
