Will Include. Performance monitoring and ongoing testing of Operational Risk Controls (including financial crime risks, financial data quality, and outsourcing and transactional monitoring).
Development and Implementation of risk-based control oversight program of evolving Operational Risks within CorSo in collaboration with the team.
Delivering ongoing programs which continuously improve based on our emerging view of Data.
Analysing sampling methodologies and adjusting monitoring frameworks to align with process requirements, ensuring a balance between compliance and operational efficiency.
Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the organisation.
Collaborate with Co-ordinated Assurance Framework (CAF) members and other applicable functional representative.
Steer and support assurance related activities, including internal and external audits, where applicable.
Skills Required. Strongly analytical, enjoy independent work with a strong eye to quality and continuous improvement. You are motivated by fast paced collegiate environments which develop technical and soft skills. A strong communicator; steering with facts and able to manage complexity.
Bachelor's degree in management, Risk Management, Finance or Accounting. Prior experience in financial services and/or consulting, including project/change management. About Swiss Re.
