Role & responsibilities

• Take ownership of driving culture of Lean, TQM and Process Engineering, Ergonomics,
• layout design for Glass lined function
• Creating roadmap for tools and technology needed to drive improvements
• To do value addition by incorporating technology into processes and VSM for improvement
• in Activity ratio
• To define and standardize all the rules of good practices for EHS, Quality, Cost, Delivery
• and Morale
• Recruit, mentor and develop team
• Keep ahead of industry development and apply best practices
• Building and managing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge and proven experience of coating of Ceramics, Enameling, and Painting

on the steels

• Knowledge of Surface preparation, Metallurgy, Heat treatment and spraying

techniques

• Technical aptitude (knowledge of subjects, overall field, level of English, computer

skills)

• Data analytics and well versed with ERP and Microsoft Excel

• Behavioral Competencies:

• Communication / other qualities (autonomy, ability to convince, working in group,

analytical skills, degree of understanding, ability to express complex ideas clearly)

• Involvement (Availability, bring new ideas, speed of execution, respect of internal
