Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-line and second-line support for Azure Active Directory related issues, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Connect Health, and other Azure AD services.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within the Azure AD environment.
- Implement and troubleshoot multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other security measures in Azure AD.
- Monitor Azure AD health and performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Document and maintain technical documentation related to Azure AD support processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of Azure AD with other enterprise systems.
- Stay current with the latest Azure AD features, best practices, and security updates.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 3-6 years of experience in managing and supporting Active Directory environments.
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory services and features.
- Experience with Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Connect Health, and other Azure AD services.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to user authentication, authorization, and access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
