MDM Lead - Informatica IDMC (8-12 yrs)

Our technology services client is seeking multiple IDMC MDM Lead to join their team on a Full Time basis.

Role : IDMC MDM Lead.

Mandatory Skills : IDMC, Saas, MDM, Cloud Services.

Experience : 8-12 years.

Location : PAN India.

Notice period : Immediate to 15 days.

Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC.

- Develop data models, data quality rules, and matching/merging strategies.

- Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

- Lead the implementation and configuration of IDMC MDM solutions.

- Develop and maintain IDMC workflows, mappings, and integrations.

- Configure and customize IDMC components to meet specific client needs.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Integrate IDMC with various SaaS applications and cloud services.

- Develop and manage APIs for seamless data exchange.

- Implement cloud-native MDM solutions using IDMC.

- Implement data quality rules and validations within IDMC.

- Monitor and improve data quality metrics.

- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.

- Lead and mentor a team of MDM developers and consultants.

- Provide technical guidance and support.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality deliverables.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Lead and deliver end-to-end MDM projects, ensuring best practices and optimized performance.

- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Conduct testing and validation to ensure solution quality.

- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management.

- Present technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with a strong focus on Informatica IDMC.

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions using IDMC.

- Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud services integration.

- Experience in data modeling, data quality management, and data governance.

- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Immediate to 15 days notice period.
